*The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is based on the value of an index which is the Prime Rate published in the Money Rates column of The Wall Street Journal. The APR can change every five years on the first day of the month following the date when the plan was opened. The APR is based on the prime rate plus a margin of up to 5% based on credit score. The APR can only go as low as 4% and no higher than 18%. All loans subject to credit approval; some restrictions may apply. A home equity line of credit is secured by your primary residence; not available for condominiums or townhouses. The minimum line of credit amount is $10,000 and the first draw must be $10,000 and $500 thereafter. Loan fees and closing costs vary up to $850.
